Change of Mind Returns
Consumers may cancel within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Returned items must:
- Be unused where reasonably possible.
- Include original packaging.
- Be securely packaged.
Refunds
Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of:
- Receiving returned goods; or
- Receiving evidence that goods have been returned.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Where goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly:
- We will provide a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
- Reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Non-Returnable Items
Where legally permitted, returns may not be accepted for:
- Personalised products.
- Bespoke items.
- Products altered to customer specifications.
