The price of each custom tool is calculated individually and depends on its specifications, dimensions and the complexity of manufacture.
Once all the details have been agreed, we’ll provide you with a full quotation. All costs are agreed in advance, with no hidden or unexpected charges.
Yes. A deposit is required before we begin manufacturing an individual custom order. Once we have discussed and agreed the tool specifications, we’ll provide you with the quotation and details of the required deposit.
Manufacturing begins once the specifications have been agreed and the deposit has been paid.
Lead times are agreed individually, as they depend on the specifications and complexity of the tool. For a single bespoke PDR tool, the typical lead time is approximately 2–3 months.
Custom-made PDR tools are made to the specifications agreed with the customer and are often produced as individual, one-off items. For this reason, custom-made tools cannot normally be returned simply because the customer has changed their mind.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or does not meet the agreed specification.

We do not modify used tools or copy tools made by other manufacturers. Every PDR tool we produce is manufactured from scratch according to the individual requirements and specifications agreed with the technician.
